Dear Bill
Just wanted to leave a little story about Stella who will be sadly missed at the Golf Club.
Lovely lady who was always so on the ball. Soon after I had joined she already knew my name even though I kept getting her muddled up with Maureen Hill. She said “never mind we are great friends - so often together.” I was lucky enough to Captain the England side in the International one year and she was so team-spirited arriving early to help decorate the area. She even brought in a good score!!! And we won. We were so chuffed. I have sent a picture in to the website – it is so happy and colourful.
